1. Definitions

• "numariass" — the educational practice operating from 9/3 Phra Athit Road, Phra Nakhon, Bangkok 10200, Thailand
• "Programme" — any educational session, series, or engagement offered by numariass
• "Participant" — any individual who enrols in or attends a numariass Programme
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation
• "Website" — the numariass website at numariass.pro

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry via our website or completing programme enrolment, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or enrol in any numariass programme.

3. Nature of Our Services

numariass provides financial education only. Our programmes are designed to help participants understand financial concepts and their own financial situation. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, insurance advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Nothing in any numariass programme constitutes a regulated financial service under Thai law.

Participants are encouraged to seek advice from appropriately licensed professionals for decisions relating to their own financial, legal, or tax circumstances.

4. Enrolment and Participation

Enrolment in a numariass programme is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full and a written confirmation from numariass. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For group programmes, numariass reserves the right to refuse or defer enrolment where a cohort is full.

Participants in group settings agree to treat all disclosures made by other participants as strictly confidential and to engage with the group in a respectful manner. numariass may remove a participant from a programme, without refund, for conduct that compromises the experience of others.

5. Pricing and Payment

All programme fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current pricing is as follows:

• Money Conversations Circle: ฿9,800 per person
• Investment Literacy Programme: ฿28,000 per person
• Personal Financial Mapping: ฿49,500 per engagement

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of the first session. numariass reserves the right to amend pricing for future cohorts with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations notified more than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund less a ฿500 administrative fee. Cancellations notified 7–14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund. Cancellations notified fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund.

If numariass cancels a programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. numariass accepts no liability for additional costs incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation.

7. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Engage with programme content in good faith and for personal educational purposes only
• Maintain the confidentiality of other participants' disclosures in group settings
• Not record any session without explicit written permission from numariass
• Not reproduce or distribute numariass educational materials without permission
• Use the numariass website for lawful purposes only

8. Intellectual Property

All programme materials — including workbooks, written summaries, curriculum content, and website content — are the intellectual property of numariass. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials provided to them for their own educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of numariass materials requires written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our educational programmes are provided in good faith and to a high standard. However:

• numariass makes no representations as to specific financial outcomes resulting from participation
• Programme content reflects numariass's understanding of the Thai financial landscape at the time of delivery and may not reflect subsequent regulatory or market changes
• No warranty is given that the website will be available without interruption

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, numariass's liability in connection with any programme or use of the website is limited to the programme fee paid. numariass excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by numariass's negligence, or for fraud.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. We encourage participants to contact us directly in the first instance to resolve any concern informally.

12. Changes to These Terms

numariass may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or participation in programmes after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
